Overview:

Our client is seeking an experienced HRIS professional to manage and optimize their human resources technology ecosystem. This role will serve as the go-to expert for HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and seamless integration across platforms. Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary subject matter expert for HRIS platforms, including time and attendance and HCM systems.
  • Configure, test, and maintain HR applications while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
  • Develop and run audits, queries, and reports to monitor system accuracy and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage user access and security roles to safeguard sensitive employee information.
  • Generate and analyze HR metrics such as turnover, compensation, and performance trends.
  • Support payroll processing through reporting, auditing, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with HR and UKG teams to enhance system functionality, including benefits setup and open enrollment.
  • Assist with benefits administration, annual reporting, census data, and compliance audits.
  • Provide insights through data analysis to improve processes and employee experience.
  • Prepare regulatory reports (EEO-1, surveys) and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
  • Deliver training and technical support to HR team members and system users.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of HRIS experience (UKG preferred; ADP, Workday, or similar systems acceptable).
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with HRIS reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Pay: $85k-110k/yr.
  • Schedule: Mon - Fri, 8:00am - 5:00pm
